If you haven't got access to either, you can fill it in at the salon when you arrive. When you arrive at the salon there will be signage advising you to wait until a member of the team invites you in. There will be a hand sanitising station before the salon door for your safety. Your Therapist will greet you and accompany you to the treatment area.
They will request you place any personal belongings, shoes and clothing into a sealed box provided in each area for the treatment required. Both yourself and the Therapist will thoroughly wash their hands before the treatment begins. After the treatment, you may gather your belongings, redress if applicable and wash your hands again before leaving the salon through the fire exit situated next to the customer toilet.
