Supporting Adults with Learning Disabilities & Mental Health Needs
Aspirations Care is dedicated to providing person-centred support for adults with learning disabilities, mental health challenges, and autism. Our mission is to empower individuals to achieve independence and live fulfilling lives in their own homes, regardless of the complexity of their needs. With regional offices across the North West, Midlands, South East, South West, and London (including Hertfordshire), we deliver responsive, localized services tailored to each individual's aspirations. Our approach begins with comprehensive assessments and evolves through regular reviews to ensure ongoing alignment with personal goals. We prioritize fostering confidence, encouraging self-determination, and building meaningful community connections. Our team of dedicated professionals is committed to creating a supportive environment that reflects the values we would expect for our own families.

Through innovative practices and collaborative governance, including input from service users and external oversight bodies, we maintain rigorous quality standards. Our Expert by Experience programme ensures service users actively contribute to quality audits, while tools like the Outcomes Star measure progress toward self-reliance. We operate under a framework of continuous improvement, guided by monthly governance meetings and quarterly review boards involving stakeholders. Our commitment to excellence is demonstrated through fully audited processes and regular compliance monitoring, providing assurance to families, commissioners, and regulatory bodies alike.

A business park that seems to be forgotten. Needs some tlc. Looks abandoned and if these are to survive some serious investment needed to regenerate the area. It's a good location, close to the dual carriageway and easily accessible. Variety of business ventures needed to liven up the place too.

The staff these people employ are appalling. Ill mannered scallies who have no idea how to behave in other people's homes.
