The Nanny Company was started by me, Susie Barratt, in 2004 after 15 years working in the childcare industry when I saw a real gap in the market for an agency that gave a truly personal service.
Who were always available to call for advice and support and who would take the time to get to know each Family and Nanny individually. We have gone on to become Northamptonshires longest established Nanny agency and have since gone on to open branches in both Hertfordshire and Essex. These branches are managed by Rebecca Smith, someone I've known and trusted as a fellow Childcare professional since working together in a Nursery many years ago.

The first thing you can be assured of is a fantastic service and regular, open communication at all times. We know that the burning questions generally arise outside of normal office hours so we are very rarely closed and will be on the end of the phone or email until late 7 days a week. Sole Agency Discount (Full & Part time placements only) - We offer a reduction of the introduction fee providing you do not instruct another agency of 10%. These are all 'finding' fees payable in one instalment 7 days from invoice and do not include any wages for the Nanny, Baby Sitter or Nursery Staff.
