Major Family Law and Sam in particular have taken what was a very testing and stressful time for me and achieved the prefect result for me. Both me and my daughter wanted to spend more time together but was prevented by my ex using a CAO which was no longer fit for purpose, as it was drawn up when my daughter was very young.
Sam worked Tireless to achieve our aim without the requirement of returning to Court or needing mediation.
