I bought a bath to deliver on the 06.04.20. I received a text from Joe on the 04.04.20 saying he "tried to attempt" to deliver on the same day unsuccessfully and said re-delivery would cost 47.00, a third of the price of the item. He added that cancellation would still cost me 47.00 and asked how I would like to pay. I was shocked at this underhanded behaviour. I reminded Joe of the arranged date (06.04.20) and informed him any charges would be illegal. There was no reply from Joe. He delivered on the 06.04.20. Perhaps Kartell UK Ltd can look into this in view of their reputation. This behaviour

Be very careful when buying products from this company, I bought 4 Aspen vertical radiators from a supplier who got them shipped directly from Kartell UK. One radiator has started showing problems after 2 years on a new system with inhibitor. The supplier is no longer trading and Kartell is washing their hands and not honouring the 5 year guarantee and trying to suggest it's an issue with the plumbing. I have had 10 radiators in total installed and only this one failed.
