Recently carried out a family friends funeral service. Tracy is full of compassion, respect with a main emphasis on care of the sadly departed whilst still allowing inclusion of the family on all decisions. 5 star care, we couldnt recommend Final Journey higher.

I want to thank Tracy Lazonby for helping us all to give Nonie the best send off under the current restrictions. Nothing was too much to ask, even changing plans last minute to allow her youngest daughter to spend a final time with her just before the service. Her warmth, compassion and understanding were amazing and her gentleness at such a sad time most appreciated. Tracy obviously has a genuine desire to ensure a unique farewell for every person and support those left behind.

Totally recommend Final Journey Funerals. Gentle guidance and support throughout the decision making process, just right level of communication throughout. Really appreciated Tracy going the extra mile in helping things fall in to place so that the funeral was just right on the day ...and it was just right! So many of my partner's good friends and close family shared with me that his funeral was very moving, beautiful and that it really captured the essence of him. From the suggested celebrant (who was wonderful) to securing the burial spot and venue for the wake, I was supported throughout. Thoroughly

Tracey I cant thank you enough for looking after my grandma! She had a wonderful send off on Thursday and the flowers and horses looked fabulous. She would of loved it as did we. I would highly recommend the compassionate service provided by Final Journey. Tracy takes all the worry out of arranging a funeral. She is calm, friendly, professional and kind. My dad sadly died in the early hours of 17th October 2016. Tracy and her team collected dad in a timely manner to suit us, and returned to the house later that day to chat to mum and I about arrangements. She guided us through the many choices of what was available, coffins, flowers, newspaper notifications, celebrants, cars. pall bearers,wake etc, and we felt no pressure from her, it was always our choice.
