My husband was recommended to Steven Hale due having hearing problems. Steven was professional, friendly and extremely understanding of my husbands present medical difficulties. His manner was reassuring and he confidently explained what would happen in a manner my husband could understand. The procedures were carried out in a professional and competent manner and we were both very happy with the medical services he provided and would recommend him without hesitation .

After suffering with a hearing loss for many years just getting by and being used to having to ask people to repeat themselves constantly I finally swallowed my pride and booked myself in to see Steve. He was utterly professional and immediately put me at ease by explaining everything in detail to me and understanding my frustration and my situation. He fitted me with hearing aids and I can honestly say that things have never been better with my hearing since meeting with Steve. I would recommend anyone to see him as the difference it has made to me has been amazing! Thanks Steve

The appointment was very thorough and professional, everything was carefully explained to my son and he was made to feel comfortable and calm throughout.
