Neil has kept my old washing machine going with various call-outs over the years. On one occasion I rang and he was away on hols, however he still answered his phone, asked the problem, diagnosed it over the phone and told me what to do to fix it. When it was finally time to have a new machine, Currys delivered it and let me down on the installation, leaving me with two machines in my kitchen.
I rang Neil who came out that morning, took out the old machine, and connected up my new one. What a fantastic service, from someone who doesn't like to let anyone down. Many but not all tumble dryers allow fluff from clothes to leak into the cabinet of the tumble dryer. This fluff can gather around working components such as the motor, thermostats, bearings and pulleys. Worst of all it can block up the heating element. This fluff is like tinder and is ideal material for starting a fire.
