Rosanna Yoga
Hi, I'm Rosanna Gordon, a British Wheel of Yoga qualified Teacher living and teaching Hatha yoga classes in Liverpool city centre. Classes are suitable for all levels, beginners to more experienced. I've been studying and practising yoga since I was 21, and want to share what I have learnt and experienced with you.

My aim is to help you to feel good both on and off the mat. She does this by creating a warm and nurturing environment, in which everyone feels welcome. Her positive and upbeat approach enables students to feel good about themselves and in their bodies.

I am a qualified Yoga Teacher, having trained with the British Wheel of Yoga (BWY) in London 2010-2012. I completed the BWY Foundation Course in Berkshire 2009-2010. In 2009's The Yoga Show, London Olympia, I took part in the Yoga Aid Challenge, completing 108 Sun Salutations in two hours, with all donations going towards The Special Yoga Centre charity in North London.

There are various reasons why were not all pushing past one another to get to that picturesque spot in the park. Even though, in theory, we like the idea of taking our yoga practice outside, of feeling the warmth on our skin and of being one with nature, were just not entirely comfortable with actually doing it.

Its time to leave!, our husband calls to us from the other room. Were going to be late for our flight. Oh boy, this is it; were off to stay with the in-laws and for not one, not two, but FIVE WHOLE DAYS. How will we cope? Its the last thing we want to be doing after a long stretch at work, but nevertheless no use complaining.
