A couple of months back I asked for a quote for a home cinema room. The gentleman who came out was perfectly lovely, but then I never heard anything back. I called up on three separate occasions and while a message was taken each time no one ever called me back. While I can respect they are probably very busy this delayed me getting started by a few weeks.

It started with the pre site inspection and we looked at the art of the possible and their information and guidance was spot on. Their delivery and installation was on time and everything was left working and I was given instruction on how to use my new kit. When I had an urgent request to temporarily re-site some of my equipment Rebecca, the Experience Manager, was able to organise the necessary work to be done in line with my requirements. She had everything filed so knew exactly what kit I had, where it was
