Our 21 flat-bed fibre lasers, including 24kW Trumpf machines, deliver precision cutting up to 4m x 2m with thickness capabilities of 40mm for steel and 20mm for aluminium. Tube Laser Cutting
Four state-of-the-art tube lasers cut round, square, and rectangular profiles up to 240mm diameter and 6.5m length with 12mm wall thickness. Our 24/7 operations handle complex contours in steel, stainless steel, and aluminium without secondary finishing. This eliminates traditional machining processes, reducing costs by up to 90% for structural components.
Sheet Metal Fabrication
With 24 press brakes and 200+ coded welders, we offer complete fabrication from 0.5mm to 25mm thickness. Our 45-year expertise covers MIG/TIG welding, robotic assembly, and precision folding. Segregated clean areas for stainless steel and aluminium ensure contamination-free production for critical aerospace and medical applications.
Powder Coating
