Commercial & Agricultural
Report
Sprayed polyurethane foam has been used in the UK since the mid 1970's to insulate a wide variety of commercial, industrial and agricultural premises and Isotech has extensive experience going back to this time.

Single skin metal and fibre cement cladding is particularly susceptible to condensation issues which can be remedied by the application of sprayed foam to the underside to form a composite substrate, which will also help to alleviate small leaks. The foam is applied to seal all gaps along the length of the eaves, verge and ridge of the building which will also help reduce the transmission of sound from light industrial units.

Utility industries have in recent years found the need to upgrade their waste water processing facilities to improve running efficiency and to maximise the capture of methane which is then recycled to help meet the UK's gas requirements. Isotech have been involved in the successful refurbishment of existing digesters for several such companies.
