My 4 year old started coming from a recommendation of family members who also receive treatment, and the change in her has been amazing. She suffered with chronic constipation and bladder issues, which on going to the doctors and medication after medication it didn't solve the issue. With only a few sessions this issue was completly turned around. Mark and the team are extremely kind and supportive and are always so reassuring to my daughter as well! Absolutely amazing place! Can't thank them enough.

Ive been seeing Dr Mark for 4 weeks now. After being rushed in for an emergency MRI due to suspected Cauda Equina and being told my symptoms didnt fit in specific boxes I was left feeling like I was imagining the pain in my back and legs. I was getting more and more reliant on heavier doses of painkillers that left me feeling like a zombie. Ridgeway was recommended by a friend, Dr Mark took x-rays and gave me a clear, visual, logical explanation for my pain. By the end of my second week of intensive treatment I was all but free of all painkillers. I can see the journey is going to take

I first started coming here in 2015 to use the Mediloop for arthritis in my shoulder, which made a world of difference and enabled me to avoid surgery and live pain free. When I moved to the area in 2017 I started to Dr Mark (and on occasions Dr Simon) for chiropractic care. The difference in my posture and spinal health is huge. Now I am much more pain free, which is maintained by coming here on a weekly basis. You can't expect to be fixed by one session so I highly recommend coming here for a prolonged period of time and you will notice the benefit in your health. All the staff are really helpful

Excellent facility! All the staff are friendly and helpful. Top quality care. I highly recommend them, i was a sceptic to chiropractic treatment at first as previous experiences at other places haven't been beneficial. But Ridgeway Health & Wellness have improved my back pain and function massively!

After 5 years of pain and 3 years of that being constant everyday pain affecting every area of my life and being told by doctors it was probably just wear and tear. I took the opportunity for the assesment here and I have finally had a diagnosis for my pain and am finally on the road to being pain free and couldn't be happier with the care I'm receiving here. Having suffered from a back back for 10 years, had 4 injections into my back and been on morphine every day I didn't see any way forward. Then my partner saw an add for the Ridgeway Health and wellness and I went along. After just a couple of months I'm not on any pain killers at all and most days I'm totally pain free. The NHS do not recognise chiropractic health and so will never tell you about this or refer you. This has, quite literally, changed my life. Thank you Mark and your lovely team Andy H
