I had a cappuccino at Audley house Birmingham, their supplier is Heavenly coffee, I ordered 4 bags of 227grams of coffee beans, but because they had a packaging problem, they sent me 4 bags of 500grams at no extra cost. This is the second time I have dealt with them. I must say their customer service is 2nd to none,they set an example for every other company to follow. So we now have Heavenly coffee with Heavenly customer service.
