These guys removed the snapped glow out my my BMW M57 engine for 120. I took the car to them with the glow plug already snapped off. The electrode was stuck in, so wasn't able drill into it, without the correct tools. They removed the glow plug (which I'm informed came out in many bits, then put the new one in with a helicoil. The car has been driving perfectly since (3 months later). They took on the job on even though it had already been started and had became very tricky, they kept the price the same as they initially quoted and finished by the originally specified date. These guys were great. Had an engine mis-firing issue on my 6cyl BMW - 2004 [M54 engine]. the problem could have been a myriad of issues - CR Auto diagnosed the problem down to two coil packs and resolved it within a couple of days. Very reasonable price - it felt like they were doing completely reasonable daignosis and repair that they would have done if it were their own car.
