Enquiries re booking and T&C's were dealt with within minutes, which is really quite amazing. Cancellation policy, as communicated to me, was the most flexible compared to other companies (as listed on website) but fortunately, I didn't have to test this policy. Driver details were provided the day before arrival, and on the day of arrival, communication was prompt and courteous. The transfer was accomplished without issues, and Danny (driver) also helped with luggage.

Communication with Transfers 4U was efficient. They were quite flexible as we had booked our transfer for 7pm, giving a generous amount of time for us to clear airport immigration, but they said an early pick up might be possible if we were out early. Driver was friendly and helpful with luggage. They also took appropriate Covid measures the car had a plastic partition between the front and back seats.

Took a pick up and drop from cambourne to London Heathrow. Was a pleasant travel. They were kind enough to wait an extra hour due to some delay. Prompt on time and car was comfortable and super clean. Highly recommend them.
