I havent ordered anything from The Foam Shop yet but I was very impressed with their customer service, both from Cy and Mark. Mark was particularly helpful and clearly helped me understand what I needed from my replacement sofa cushions. Cannot speak for quality of product though as have not yet purchased anything.

Got a load of cushion for my yach 2 of the are wrong size I have been calling all numbers I can find but still no one answer for over a week now really annoying as I gave orig
inal ones... All you had to do was cut to size so how come 2 are wrong.. And as you do not answer I'm now stuck with them. I didn't just Spend 1 or 2 hundred my order was 600 so you'd expect to come correct
. Also was told would throw in free stocking but I even had to call for that as was not put in with my order
Week 3 and still no reply... Can easy take the money but when wrong can't be arsed to fix the problem

Wrong length and depth, I have just contacted them , we will see what happens. I got in touch and they responded with a generic email about depth and referred me to their byzantine and rather archaic web site where they say they they provide a depth of foam of 3cm , it seems they do not and 2.5 is their base and they build or glue these together. they didn't bother with this and just sent me 2.5 cm when i ordered 3cm depth.
