First time in the store, travelled quite a way but it was well worth it. The staff were friendly and very helpful, providing excellent information / advice on scooters and chatted with my 13 year old son about what he was looking for and his preferences and what he liked about his current scooter. Top marks, we will defiantly be back. Thanks 👍🏼 10/10

Took six weeks to ship my item... No contact to inform me until I'd emailed twice. Even then I was fobbed off told the item was out of stock and they'd tried to call me (no missed calls despite their apparent attempts)
Had to wait two weeks from the date that I was told it would be back in stock, and email yet again before it was finally posted to me. I wouldn't mind but for starters my stuff was in stock when I purchased it, and there was no communication from them.
Having already had the payment for my items they obviously weren't in any hurry to make sure I received my stuff.

Visited the store today (11/10/20 @ 11am) but unfortunately didn't catch the name of the guy who served us. I hope this feedback reaches him because he deserves to be acknowledged for his outstanding customer service. We went in to pick a scooter for our daughters birthday and the help we got was brilliant. He made suggestions, answered questions, and made the whole experience pleasant. Will definitely be returning for future purchases. Thank you!
