Preschool Programs
Our structured preschool programs follow the Early Years Foundation Stage framework while embracing child-led learning. Each session combines free-flow play with guided activities that nurture curiosity and foundational academic abilities.
Outdoor Play
Our extensive outdoor facilities support physical development through climbing frames, balance equipment, and imaginative play spaces. Children explore natural elements like sand and water while developing motor skills and teamwork. The outdoor environment extends classroom learning through hands-on discovery and sensory experiences.
Parental Involvement
We actively encourage parental participation through volunteering opportunities and our charity committee. Parents receive daily updates via Tapestry and can contribute to their child's learning journey. Flexible Sessions
Choose from five session times including breakfast (8-9am) and extended hours (3-6pm on Tues/Thurs). Our 3-6 hour sessions accommodate different family needs while maintaining consistent educational quality. Funded childcare options available for eligible families.

What age range do you accept?
We accept children aged 2 to rising 5 years old, following the Early Years Foundation Stage guidelines.
How do you communicate with parents?
We use Tapestry online learning journals for daily updates, including photos and progress notes accessible to families 24/7.
Are meals provided?
We serve breakfast (8-9am) and snacks during sessions. Children bring packed lunches for the 12pm-3pm session.
Is funding available?
Yes, we accept 15/30 hours government-funded childcare for eligible families, plus childcare vouchers and Tax Free Childcare.
How is learning structured?
We use 'in the moment planning' combining child-led exploration with skilled adult guidance to support individual learning journeys.

Both of our Children went to Clockhouse pre-school and they throroughly enjoyed their time there. We're very sad to leave this summer. The staff at Clockhouse pre-school have helped our boys to develop in a safe, caring and loving environment. Clockhouse is a pre-school where the children are allowed free flow and encouraged to play, imagine, create, observe, laugh and have fun. Keep up the hard work!

All 3 of my children have attended Clockhouse Preschool over the past 5 years, and I can highly recommend it. The premises might not look flash, but the staff here provide a wonderful environment for your child to grow and develop in. It is a warm and caring place, where the individual needs of each child are catered for. The staff are very experienced, and have been here for many years, providing continuity and stability for the children. All my children have had a wonderful time at Clock House, and have grown in confidence hugely, preparing them well for starting school.
