Very unprofessional. I would not recommend this law firm. They should concentrate on their clients Instead of trying to up sell wills.

From the start of an initial enquiry phone call which was actually answered and within a reasonable time with an immediate sound of your call is important with an air of professionalism then an eager voice willing to help asking exactly the details of the enquiry to be quickly passed on to someone who has the time to deal with the enquiry with confidence to resolving and/or promising to have the issue sorted within that day (actually 3hours) to have the matter written up on paper in a layout that was easily understood and clearly presented.
