We had a 'Gunda' cabin from Tuin. Delivery was clearly arranged in advance and the driver of the delivery lorry was careful to clarify access. The kit was really straightforward to assemble (2 person job!) with good instructions - I'm an experienced DIYer but it would be fairly straightforward even if not. The cabin is great and the customer service team were able to arrange a switch of the supplied roof shingles when I realised I'd ordered the wrong colour!

Purchased some cladding which 5stars would be appropriate for the standard of wood and service. BUT I was requiring 3 extra bits, its cladding not a full on summerhouse. 3 pieces turned up, or which were covered in paint. Tuin proceeded to contact myself regarding this and a new order made. A month from the original order and Im still at square one. The communication non existent unless i contact. I even offered to take them pieces just to make my building water tight until the non damaged ones arrive, refusing to give them to me for free because of the hassle, they wanted half the money

Ordered my log cabin and was kept well informed at all stages and delivered on time. Good strong materials and looks great in the garden.

I was fairly happy with the Tuin delivery and kit. I did read the instructions fully and consulted, I did my best to create a level base to build upon. The time spent doing so proved invaluable when putting the kit together. The worst bit to sort out was the door as little was available in the material or on the website for a single door at an angle as per this kit. I did manage to get it to fit but had to put some extra washers on the hinges to make it fit nicely. In general it went together simply as you went along once the base was level. I would however say I am good at building and woodwork

Really good value shed ... OK big shed, longest timbers being 6m long! Reasonable delivery time despite the pandemic, mid spring 2021. Generally, straight forward to install ... ours install was quite fun, with 3 generations working together! Just note that it takes a bit of manoeuvring to keep the walls square when the shed has more than one door such that you have 2 parts to your construction until you reach the level that will be bolted to the base ( but note all of Tuin's advice on the movement large timbers will go through) or door frame level. Temporarily use the long timbers after every

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE Anyone else out there having issues with their Etten cabin. Mine is leaking and the back wall is sagging. After several emails back and forth with customer service, they are now ignoring my emails The customer service is the worst I have ever experienced.
