Helicentre Aviation was founded in 2001 by Chris and Katie Line, originally based at Coventry Airport in the West Midlands and later moving its headquarters to Leicester Airport.
The operation went from strength to strength and the directors expectations of creating a one-stop training academy and commercial air operation were far exceeded, having trained hundreds of professional pilots and creating a significant number of jobs for pilots and operations staff.

Our complete EASA-approved modular training programme can take you from beginner to private pilot, commercial pilot and flight instructor. We really are a one-stop shop for pilot training. With our large, modern fleet of Guimbal Cabri G2 and Robinson R44 helicopters equipped with digital mapping and flight tracking technology, as well as a wealth of experience at every stage, we can help you move up the career ladder fast.

Our Helicopter Pilot Career Seminar is provided free of charge. It takes you through step by step what's required to obtain a commercial pilot's licence and learn about employment opportunities, in a range of industry sectors including Oil and Gas and SAR.
