Services
Drain unblocking
Our drain unblocking service swiftly clears domestic and commercial drainage obstructions using advanced pressure jetting equipment. We address slow drains, complete blockages, and emergency situations with minimal disruption to property owners. Each intervention includes detailed diagnosis and preventive advice to avoid recurrence.
Drain cleaning
We provide comprehensive drain cleaning using CCTV inspection and high-powered water jetting to remove build-up in residential and business drainage systems. This proactive maintenance helps prevent emergencies and reduces long-term plumbing issues through thorough pipe system cleansing.
Emergency call-out
Our emergency service responds rapidly to urgent drainage issues outside regular hours. Certified technicians equipped with specialist tools handle critical blockages, flooding risks, and health-hazard situations at any time through our dedicated 24-hour response system.
Pipe detection
Using modern CCTV pipe camera technology, we accurately locate and identify drainage problems in both domestic and commercial properties. This non-invasive diagnosis pinpoints issues within pipe networks to ensure targeted, efficient repairs without unnecessary excavation.
Commercial drainage
We offer tailored drainage maintenance packages for businesses, including scheduled cleaning and emergency cover. Our solutions suit office complexes, industrial sites, and commercial premises, delivered by engineers experienced in managing complex pipework systems to prevent operational disruptions.

Liam arrived on time. He knew what he was doing and worked quickly to free my drain. Moreover he was polite and explained what he was doing and what he was looking for. He did a professional and rather thankless task for a very fair price. I would recommend this company and I would use them again. Mike, Nottingham,

We contacted ADK on a Saturday morning with blocked drains at FLO INDOOR SKATEPARK - ADK arrived in minutes, did a fantastic job and smiled throughout. A real gentleman, explained everything as he was doing it and brought a sense of humour to a dirty business. Can't recommend highly enough.

ADK were superb. There's a lot of cowboys in this field so it was both re-assuring and refreshing to find an honest hardworking bloke at a very reasonable price. Aaron runs the business with his son and he is genuine, knowledgeable, hardworking and honest. A real pleasure to speak to. Came out straight away and quoted me a set amount (which other firms did not want to do). Very highly recommended
