Established in 1865 the business has remained in the same family and the same street for all of its many years of trading. In 1957 when the existing building was built the decision was made to concentrate entirely on non-ferrous metal and so it has continued.
Through the many generations W. Bloy and Son has been passed down from father to son. Now in its fourth generation, Mrs I Bloy (the wife of the late Mr Arthur Bloy) continues with the help of her daughter and son-in-law, taking great pride in providing the best possible service. Going from strength to strength we continue to provide the community with a reliable and responsible location for non-ferrous metal disposal.
