The juice from the Albarino grape is left on the skins for 15 days, resulting in a wine with orange hue and notes of nectarine and marmalade, as well as a soft tannic structure balanced by the beautiful natural, saline acidity.

The Robert family own 30 hectares of vineyard situated around Voigny and six other communes in the north of the Aube region. The soil is chalk and limestone, the average age of the vines is 30 years and the vineyards are planted to 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay. Every bottle is aged a minimum of 3 years prior to disgorgement.
