He graduated as an Audiologist in 2010 and now has over 10 years' experience in the field. Currently, in addition to running his own practice, Khiyam delivers clinics for Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital NHS Trust.

I cannot recommend this lovely man enough. He was informative, patient and sincere. I arrived at the practice unable to hear anything but muffled noises, but thanks to his determination and expertise I woke up this morning to the sound of birds outside my window.
I won't be going to anyone else in the future.

Great service, fitted me in at short notice, gave instant results, not fully cleaned but will oil for 10 days and then go back for final treatment. Lovely people, so helpful.

The wax problem I had was quite extensive and I needed two additional visits one for treatment and a final one to check procedure was complete and satisfactory. The follow up visits were completely free of charge, I paid after my first consultation then everything else was complementary. I was looked after so well, things were explained

My mother had a home visit appointment with Khiyam tonight. A very professional manner, gentle approach to what he did with my mother who is 85 and very anxious about meeting strangers. He explained everything to her that he was going to do which settled her down. Her hearing was particularly bad and has got worse over the last few months. After Khiyam examined her we found out her ears where very badly blocked with wax, she could hardly hear us when we spoke to her. The procedure took about 20 mins to do both ears and once finished the result was instant. So relieved she can hear us talking to

Could not of received a more outstanding service from anywhere else! Every moment with them from the first phone call to arrange an appointment to leaving my appointment on the day was in all a brilliant experience received. This is because of how they work in a very professional and friendly manner.
My appointment was with Khiyam and after explaining to him that I felt like I was getting tinnitus in my left ear, he proceeded to investigate my left ear and also my right one. What he found was large amounts of ear wax built up in both of my ears which was most likely causing it.

Went today to get an ear wax removal, which has been bothering me for over a week. Really impressed by the service and care, everything was professional and completely pain free. Superb service. Very professional, very experienced and quite affordable.
Honestly I would highly recommend this place to anyone.
Khiyam is brilliant and knows exactly what he is doing. I had a ton of wax in both my ears and he took it all out and I am able to hear well again!
