My Aunt had a problem with mice and rats in her loft. I called Paul who was very professional new what he was talking about and not as expensive as other companies. It took 3 visits to solve the problem and Paul turned up every time. I would highly recommend Paul to anyone.

From the moment I enquired about our issue Paul immediately explained what it was likely to be on the first phone call and told us what to do. Despite being busy he was able to come out the following day and gave me some tips about what I could do in the meantime. The issue has now been resolved following the different visits to carry out treatment and we have had no issues since. I was incredibly grateful to have so much information about why and how it was happening as well as what we can do to reduce issues in the future. Great, friendly service and reasonable price. Paul inspected our eaves and then came back to block the holes where the birds were entering. Also recommended mortar be repointed in the future to prevent further problems. Would definitely recommend.
