Ben comes to us from a lengthy career in Housing Associations, culminating in a senior position as an area manager for one of the country's largest social landlords.

To accompany our reports, our property management team have a system to book and deliver a regular regime of client meetings - and we meet with most clients at least each month.

When you or your co-owners report a fault or repair, we're able to offer warranties on response times. We will guarantee all new non-emergency issues are logged as a request within 24hrs and are generally able to arrange for contractors to attend within a further 24hrs.
