Services
Thai Massage
Thai massage combines firm pressure and focused techniques to release deep muscle tension. Ideal for desk workers, athletes, or those with chronic stiffness, it enhances flexibility and promotes recovery. Clients experience improved mobility and lasting relaxation through this traditional practice.
Aromatherapy Massage
Aromatherapy uses essential oils blended with gentle massage to soothe the mind and body. This treatment balances emotions, reduces stress, and supports mental clarity. Perfect for those seeking holistic relaxation through natural scents and therapeutic touch.
Back Massage
Targeted back massage alleviates tension in shoulder and spinal muscles. Using tailored pressure, it eases discomfort from poor posture or physical strain. Clients leave feeling lighter, with improved posture and reduced stiffness in key areas.
Foot Reflexology
Foot reflexology applies pressure to specific zones to restore bodily balance. This treatment relieves tired feet and stimulates energy flow. Regular sessions promote overall wellness by addressing stress-related imbalances through the feet's nerve pathways.
Couples Massage
Couples massage allows two people to enjoy treatments side by side. This shared experience enhances relaxation while maintaining individualised care. Ideal for partners seeking quality time in a tranquil setting, fostering connection through simultaneous therapeutic sessions.

The best deep tissue and relaxing Thai massage in UK. Friendly and professional staff. Hardly recommended, type of massage and level of pressure always individually customized for you. Ladies asking if you are fine during the massage. Can't be any better, leaving that place very pleased each time and can't wait to book for the next session.

Before finding Noi, I had visited a few different physios as well as a chiropracticioner. I've also had sport massages. All these treatments helped to relief some of the pain but still I was in too much pain to enjoy a good quality of life. After a few visits to Noi, my back was much better, I could sleep better and felt happier. Having found Noi is a blessing! My back problems are now under control. I visit Noi as often as I can.
Noi also treats my husband who is a Dementia sufferer. She is brilliant with him! Every time he has a treatment he comes home happy and relaxed.

Got recommended to Noi by a friend after suffering with trapped nerves in my shoulders for about two years, tried many chiropractor's and physiotherapy visits... all with no joy.... after 4 deep tissue visits to Noi, my shoulder was sorted! After years of just coping with the pain with meds and stubbornness... I'm now finally pain free! (I have Kept two week appointments since to keep on top of it) very good covid precautions, and very clean shop, wish I had been recommended sooner! Highly recommend!!! 5*
