I contacted James Steel for the renovation of our complex staircase. They only do new staircases now, but they recommended a fantastic specialist for staircase renovations. Called regarding our refurb project in Herts where we require someone to supply bespoke glass balustrade to an existing stair case. I left details and was assured of a call back. The call back never came. I can only assume due to disinterest in our project because I was also advised we dont really do renovation or work on existing staircases anymore yet you post photos of refurb work on Instagram? Either way a courtesy call back would have been helpful.

Would highly recommend Rob from James-Steel who designed and fitted my staircase. The stairs were quite complicated across 3 floors and floating with stair lights, I am so happy with the end result and the customer service.
