Fancy Bakery

Fancy Bakery was created in 2002 in Saffron's home kitchen, after working as a Food Scientist at Unilever for 14 years where she specialised in Bakery & Ice Cream products. Saffron moved into a small premises in 2004 baking and supplying cafes and restaurants, in and around Bedford. The local neighbours would come to buy cake and chocolate brownies from a small hatch in the window of the shop.
