We can assist new customers requiring fault rectification during normal office hours, whilst existing clients with a Maintenance Contract also have the option of our 24/7 call out service. We want to get you back up and running as soon as possible because we understand the frustration that a lack of hot water and heating brings, especially in the colder months.

We can also assist with drainage, TR19 ventilation & extraction duct cleaning and deep cleaning of communal areas & furniture. A maintenance contract will give you total peace of mind - we will look after your system and undertake regular servicing and maintenance. Prevention is always better (and usually cheaper) than cure.

Assistance with specification - important maintenance items (such as shut off valves or drain points) can be overlooked or omitted to achieve budget savings, but can then cause major problems later. Assistance in ensuring positioning of equipment in plant rooms, which allows for proper servicing of units, keeping in mind access and adequate Health & Safety provision.
No, we can also install equipment, providing what is required meets all the required standards for safety & effective maintenance. Sorry we don't carry out standard domestic installations in single properties, however we are happy to assist you in installations in apartment blocks, small estates of houses and substantial residences and country homes.
