If i could give them no stars i would, We had no communication throughout the conveyancing, 10 weeks before the set completion date of our build Lagan pulled out with no reason other than a lack of legal documents on file, We were left with weeks to find a new home and purchase it before we were homeless after our home was sold. We sent various emails and left messages and voicemails with no call back or acknowledgement, bearing in mind we were already Lagan homes customers and had purchased two years ago from another of their developments. No communication, they ignored our requests for updates

Moved to new home in Lisburn not best quality lots of problems with drainage and leaks. Paint quality dreadful. The foreman very helpful at time and did get stuff sorted when he was on site but for new build there should mor have been so many problems.
