Woke up to a broken boiler on a Saturday morning with water leaking from it. Called 7 different companies and Plumbtec 24 were the first company to call me back within 5 minutes of leaving a voicemail (only 1 other called back 4 hours later, the others didn't have the courtesy to respond). Andrew explained the had several jobs on but he would attend later in the day. He arrived just after 5pm on the Saturday evening. Boiler was in a dangerous state due to a leak which flooded it internally. The boiler was drained and made safe, a very reasonable quote was given for a replacement boiler, quote was

Andrew fixed the issue with my hot water cylinder and installed a new immersion heater quickly and with no fuss. I'd tried another plumbing company first but they couldn't fix my cylinder which Andrew made look like no issue at all! Would highly recommend.

Plumber fitted new Mira shower in my Glasgow flat and I am really pleased with the work carried out. The company were the best I have dealt with as they were very professional and it was easy to book an appointment. The quote was a lot cheaper than I had imagined which was an additional bonus. Would recommend highly to anyone looking for a reliable and experienced plumber.
