What are your opening hours?
We're open Tuesday 9am-5pm, Wednesday-Saturday 9am-8pm, and Sunday 9am-5pm. Closed Mondays. Appointments can be booked online or by phone during operating hours.
Do you offer gift vouchers?
Yes, we provide physical and digital gift vouchers with flexible denominations starting at £25. Physical vouchers include first-class delivery and make ideal gifts for any occasion.

Had the spa couples therapy for two, and my wife had a manicure and pedicure with Alicia (who was great). We were looked after really well, particular attention was paid to my pregnant wife, the spa was lovely and the massages were wonderful. Highly recommended.

**beyond our expectations!**
I recently booked the Pamper Day spa package for me and a friend. We have both been to hotel resort type spas in the past and to be honest I didn't expect the same level of experience. I was so very wrong! We were expected and welcomed on arrival with a hot drink, shown to the private changing rooms, where our slippers and gowns were waiting. A glass of bubbly was waiting for us in our private spa facilities, The spa is spotlessly clean throughout and the hot tub is huge! We booked hot stone massage and pedicure and were looked after by therapists, Lisa and Emma who

First trip yesterday, and Wow, what an amazing experience! Booked the Romantic Escape, and loved every second... from the setting, to the private spa to the friendly staff and wonderful treatments. Other than a near-fatal accident with opening the frozen Prosecco in the spa (which resulted in nearly losing the majority of the contents and an eye!) it was utterly perfect, and can't wait to visit again.

I went here for a treat with my daughter recently but didn't feel we got value for money.
Firstly there was no hair conditioner in the shower room.. bottle was empty... My daughter had no shampoo or conditioner provided in her shower room. The floors were wet and slippery in the establishment, and some of the doors were sticky as if place isn't cleaned thoroughly. We found litter in the sauna room left over from a drink bottle in the ice bucket. We had to actually go and find someone to ask for our " included "glass of wine. I personally had the back massage and foot massage..... which was
