The Sewing Kabin is a clothing alteration and tailoring business that has been established for over 20 years. In that time, we have come from a small business, doing a few private alterations to doing the alterations for many shops and businesses (see above), but also keeping our loyal private customers.
Working from a workshop in the middle of Long Melford, we do many, many alterations from the normal standard dress and trouser hems to complicated and intricate alterations of bridesmaid and prom dresses and working with all types of material from cotton to leather. Over the years we have altered many different outfits including clothing for a North Pole expedition, Tudor costumes, church alter cloths and even a Superman outfit!
