Acupressure
Report
Acupressure is an ancient healing art that uses the fingers to apply pressure to key points on the body to stimulate the body's natural self-curative ability. When pressure is applied to these points they release muscular tension, promote the circulation of blood and enhance the body's life force to aid healing.
