I found Swift a pleasure to deal with from the outset - from the design and negotiations with a very patient Darren, talking to Martin, and then Matt taking over delivery of the project. Outstanding customer service and snags / issues were dealt with quickly and to get to the right answer. Love the finished product and am typing this from it! The building, if anything, is better than I expected - little touches like the remote control key fob for the lights really make it. Swift have been highly professional and efficient throughout. From picking up the phone to enquire to the last sweep of the broom as the team left. Everyone at Swift has been a pleasure to deal with. The installation team were extremely polite, considerate and hard working. Their attention to detail and finish has far exceeded my expectations. We are very happy with our bespoke garden room and have received a lot of compliments about the design and usable space it brings to our garden! We initially wanted to replace a garage at the bottom of our garden with an entertainment space where we could house a hot tub and gain a bit of extra outdoor living/storage space. When Martin came to… discuss design, he asked us to think about what we would use the room for and to go crazy with a few style ideas! We said we would like to play and store our musical instruments there, possibly have a bar and somewhere fun to watch movies and sport
