We have 3 Proton dish washers and they are simple, reliable and do the job. In the past we have used more complicated, industry standard pass through washers but I would suggest a busy restaurant should steer clear. The Proton machines are robust and not over complicated. Any repairs that are necessary have always been sorted very quickly and easily - no computers necessary!
