Very impressed with the excellent customer service from Midlands Fancy Dress - they took a lot of time and trouble to ensure the birthday present I wanted to buy was sorted in time for the right day, offering a range of options that would fit my requirements. Well done. Pleased to recommend you to others.

I would highly recommend using Midlands Fancy Dress - I contacted them to make a last minute helium balloon order for collection the same day and they were extremely quick to respond, follow up the finer details of the order and made it a very smooth order and transaction indeed. All this in the midst of 'Lockdown 2' - was no mean feat. Upon collection - whilst the shop was closed to customers entering I could see that their repertoire extended far beyond what their name suggests. Due to their high level of customer service and value for money I will definitely be using Midlands Fancy Dress again

Always an amazing selection of fancy dress in stock and with notice they can order in items for you if they don't have them in store. Staff are enthusiastic and so knowledgeable it makes it an enjoyable shopping experience instead of a potentially stressful one trying to source the elusive perfect fancy dress! Would definitely recommend! :)
