NOT recommended - use height for hire instead - cheaper, more reliable and faster delivery. My Vertical access lift was scheduled for before lunch on delivery, so I scheduled my hired help and work to this agreement. It arrived almost 2 1/2 hours late. Then we shuffled it into position - and the battery died after just two lifts up in the basket.
… So they rather kindly brought a replacement battery out, which took and hour and a half. Then after just three lifts up again on the new battery, the battery light started to show once more, and I was now working by myself as I couldn’t

Poor Service and awful communication
I hired a set of ladders for the weekend for some DIY projects around the house. The rental and delivery process was good, but getting the ladders collected has been a terrible experience. After the weekend, I had to contact Balloo Hire every day of the following week to be told they would be collected the next day. By Thursday, after having someone in the house for the collection every day, a driver phoned my mobile and I missed the call. After 10 minutes I called him back and because I had missed that call he was going back to the depot and the ladders
