His vast experience and knowledge of security and crime issues stem from the many years spent in the Police Force where he was Detective Sergeant.
His enthusiasm and motivational skills have been the driving force in creating one of the leading independent security companies in East Anglia. Don is responsible for overall guidance of Panther to greater achievements, but he still takes time to monitor the day-to-day running of the company. Christine assisted Don in establishing the company in 1990.

Although Panther's core market can be considered to be the A12 corridor through Essex and Suffolk, major contracts with national companies take them throughout the UK. For example, Panther has been employed by the David Wilson Homes and Spicer Haart to fit systems across the UK. Wimpey Homes retains Panther's services for NE/SE London, Essex and Suffolk.
