I have just had the most amazing experience, we had the loveliest cleaner who was very attentive to all of our requirments. She made sure we were happy with her clean at the end of the clean. Such a refreshing feeling. We only booked a one off clean, but after today we have decided to secure a regular clean. Thank you Well Polished Bishops Stortford. We received excellent service from Well Polished, I cannot endorse them highly enough. After having the front of the house dug up and re-concreted and also having been visited by several dogs over the previous few weeks, our home was in a particularly bad state. Jackie sent Antonia to us. She performed a deep clean on the whole house and we are very pleased with the results. We highly recommend Well Polished and in particular Antonia, who worked really hard, leaving the house cleaner than ever. Thank you very much to Jackie and Antonia.

Terrible service. Cleaner hardly cleaned a thing, when I complained I was made to feel judged and my opinion was worthless as a customer by the franchise owner. Asked for the ensuite to be cleaned, the shower cubicle was not touched, bedside tables, chest of drawers, windowsill in bedroom not touched, only thing in kitchen cleaned was the worktop wiped down, utility not cleaned. Instead of trying to resolve the issue I was given excuses and the blame pointed at me. Absolutely awful. Refused to give me a refund for the clean, only the agency fee back. Stay well away, plenty of other trustworthy
