Here at Cool 4 Campers camper hire based in Falmouth, Cornwall, we run a small fleet of retro & classic VW Campervans. Falmouth on the south Cornish coast is a great location to explore the whole of Cornwall. Newquay, St Ives, The Lizard, Penzance and Lands End to name a few are all within an hour's reach.

We have had a long relationship with air cooled especially Vdubs having toured, restored and driven in them for more than 25 years. There's not much that we haven't done or experienced in a T2 van, our son was raised in a 66 split screen camper van.

London Paddington, South Wales and the Cotswolds to Truro. We can pick you up from Truro or Falmouth Penmere station which is an 8 minutes through great countryside from Truro station. Merry Meet Farm (with ample parking) is off the main Falmouth A39. We are up a small lane opposite the Trelowarren Arms Pub, don't worry we can drive the van up or down if you like!

Tango was born in 1978 and imported in 2011 from sunny California with only 68k on her aircooled engine. She recently received her Van Wurks interior with matching 3 way fridge and upholstery. Exterior wise she is totally original with only two panels resprayed in the original Panama Brown (burnt Orange).

Please contact us to confirm availability and discuss your plans. We will then send you a booking/insurance form with details of the 150 booking deposit to secure the date. The balance is then due 20 days before the hire period commences. Please note a standard 550 security excess is held to cover your insurance during the hire period.

Our book a camper vouchers offer the freedom of the open road in a 1970s iconic vw camper. A trip to the beach, a forest picnic or a wedding and reception. You can either pay online using the PayPal button or call / email us to arrange alternative payment. If buying for a self drive please make sure that the recipient of this gift is aged between 25 and 70 and has a valid EU license, held for more than 3 years.
