Services
Osteopathic Treatment
Hands-on osteopathic treatment addresses musculoskeletal pain through soft tissue manipulation, joint mobilisation, and stretching. We reduce tissue sensitivity while improving mobility and circulation to support natural healing. Our approach integrates patient education to promote long-term self-management.
Acupuncture
Western Medical Acupuncture complements osteopathic care by targeting pain points and nerve pathways. This evidence-based technique helps alleviate chronic pain, headaches, and musculoskeletal conditions while promoting relaxation and improved circulation.
BPPV Treatment
Specialised Epley Manoeuvre treatment for Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo (BPPV) restores balance by repositioning inner ear crystals. This non-invasive procedure typically resolves symptoms within 1-2 sessions, improving quality of life.
Pain Management
Comprehensive pain management combines manual therapy with movement education to address chronic conditions like fibromyalgia and arthritis. We focus on reducing pain perception through evidence-based strategies and lifestyle modifications.
Movement Therapy
Tailored exercise programs enhance recovery by improving strength, flexibility, and posture. We teach patients specific movements to prevent recurrence and maintain musculoskeletal health between treatments.

I would definitely recommend Mark to anyone who needs professional
advice on back/spinal pain problems. He is very thorough in his investigations and can arrange MRI scans quickly if necessary to confirm diagnosis. He will also follow up on your progress after treatment.

Report
I was originally recommended Mark several years ago when I had a flare up from an old riding injury. Since then, he has been absolutely fantastic. Professional in every sense of the word, with an exceptional knowledgable of osteopathy and general health. It was on Marks suggestion that I have blood tests having observed my health for several years. This consequently discovered an underlying autoimmune condition. I am forever grateful to his noticing my symptoms, as this really was life changing. Also predominantly his continued assistance with my back and neck with issues when I have done something

Report
So grateful to have found Mark. From the outset his manner was reassuring and his approach thorough. In just one session he identified the problems with my joints and gave me the exercises to address them. A follow-up session and subsequent communications have helped keep my progress on track. I especially appreciated Mark explaining in clear language what was causing my issues.
Altogether, highly recommended.

Report
Very impressed by Mark Andrews who was a very good listener and uickly put me at my ease. He diagnosed my problem and reassured me about my general osteopathic health. I felt that I was in safe hands. He gave me some specific exercises to carry out between appointments, and they have definitely improved my mobility and reduced my pain. For the first time in 4 years I have almost no pain, I no longer suffer from headaches and I can move almost as freely as I ever did before !!! I highly recommend Mark, and am very glad that he was recommended to me
