
Bloq Management are a company providing proactive and personal block management service to customers across Bristol and the South West. With a background in development and property the owners had a largely poor personal experience of block management companies and a great insight on how things could be improved and so in 2013, Bloq Management was born.
So far, Bloq has grown from managing 3 blocks to more than 40 and have even more new blocks and residential areas coming on board during 2021. The strong focus is on providing a prompt and proactive service to customers.

The individuals at Bloq all bring a wealth of different skills and experience to the team. From quantity surveying and property development, lettings and architecture to small business growth, marketing, compliance and administration, each person brings things of value to the team.
The common thread running through the team is a desire to deliver good customer service and this is delivered from a starting point of each individual actually caring about the homes and lives of the clients we work with from tenant to developer and all the people in between.

Residential block management

We believe that residents will respect a well-managed and clean and tidy building; our focus is on making the blocks we manage home for our customers. Developers and New Build

With a background in residential new build, managing new build residential blocks and working closely with developers is second nature to us. The final stages of a new build project can be understandably frantic; having someone on your side who can write clear and concise residents guides clarifying the set up and then manage a smooth handover to owner resident companies or associations is essential.
Communal Heating and Energy Solutions

With heating solutions becoming more technically challenging in new builds and the desire to achieve lower carbon emissions and of course cost, there is a trend towards communal heating systems and district heating. Bloq manage buildings with shared and communal supplies and plant.
In one example, we manage an installation where 7 boilers deliver enough heat and hot water for 100 apartments and on another site, there is one gas supply to serve 45 flats.We use an outsourced company who read the meters and supply the bills directly to you the leaseholder or your tenants, as required.
