These experiences really made me think that there is a real gap in the market for an agency that offers expert ecommerce consulting - consulting that can really accelerate the growth of ecommerce businesses. So in 2012 I founded Venture Stream to do just that. The rest, as they say, is history. Hiring employee number one was pretty cool and even now we're a team of 25+, every new hire still feels like an exciting moment.
