Inadequate customer service. Absolutely appalled that someone can shout at a customer who is just wanting to achieve a resolution of a problem and has already been through enough phone calls.

Zero communication didnt bother to turn up or even make contact on the day they booked to pick up. Customer services and shambles. Will avoid in the future.

Didn't bother to collect the pallet on Monday, absolutely no communication as to why or whether they'll actually collect & I've had to refund the order now. Down 70 for absolutely nothing &had to refund a 500 order. Absolutely useless. Don't bother offering your services if you can't actually get things from A to B.

Needs a good clean up before there's a serious accident. Rubbish in bays, slippery surfaces when pulling curtains, but loaders do a good job.

Not dealt with the firm personally BUT I will give them 5 stars for their truck drivers. Often I use bicycle to get to work and a majority of time their truck drivers are VERY respecful to those cycling on the country roads. Want to offer a huge thanks to them for keeping up the safe driving.
