As you know, you have changed my life. I had a great surgeon, hes quite a big deal as I found out! Aftercare you have to meet the team halfway and make an effort, they cant make the effort for you. In particular Debbie G has changed the way I live my life and her advice means Ive got my old self back. Shes supported me every step and taught me so much. Another Debbie has taken me through some great workshops. Also thanks to Chris, she took my initial enquiry and when I wobbled and cancelled she was very patient but also gave me a few things to think about. Im so happy I rebooked

I made an enquiry about weight loss procedures with NOSC. I found the Patient Advisors team very knowledgeable and provided information on all the procedures available but ultimately I was told it was my decision. I had spoken to other Clinics who seemed to be more interested in selling than listening to my concerns. The Patient Advisors at NOSC are good listeners and did not try to push me into making a decision. I looked at the testimonials/patient stories and in particular liked the one written by Mick. I was offered the opportunity to talk to a patient that had a Gastric Sleeve 12 months

BE AWARE OF CHARGES IF THE BALLOON CANNOT BE FITTED!!!!! My son and I drove up to Brentwood, 3.5 hour drive, to get a Gastric Balloon fitted, I was taken in to the endoscopy suite, sedated and was then woken up to the news that i could not have the Gastric Balloon fitted due to them finding a hiatus hernia which i have never new i had and I have never had any symptoms for. I understood there would be some charges for the appointment and admin fee's as stated in their terms and conditions, on my journey back from the hospital when I was upset and disappointed that i was unable to get the procedure
