Ive been to next level a few times and service has always been perfect, until I got my septum pierced unfortunately. My septum was pierced diagonally, which my Dad and some friends noticed, so I messaged them. I was advised that the piercing was perfect in the first instance, then after speaking to them they told me they did, in fact, see the diagonal issue. I was advised when I had my nostril pierced at the same time that I did move slightly so it was pierced slightly higher (which I was fine with, and actually apologised for. At least I was told.), however at the time I was not advised that

Came in for a septum piercing and had great service from Josh and the woman on the phone and the desk (sorry, I didn't catch a name!) very clean, friendly and overall a nice experience! The doorman was also very friendly and fluffy 😁 would recommend and very likely to come back! Thanks again!

Excellent service , me and my daughter had piercings done there twice in 1 week and they are the best we have had , no problems with them at all , staff make you feel very comfortable and are very knowledgeable about what they do , will be back soon , thank you very much

Myself and 2 daughters had nose piercings done in one appointment. The piercing was very quick and relatively painless. The staff were professional and friendly. Studio clean and inviting.
3 weeks post piercing and we have all been problem free so very pleased. Highlight of our visit had to be meeting Damion....who is absolutely gorgeous!
